The 100Base-FX Fast Ethernet fiber media converter is a high-performance fiber optic media converter for interconnecting 100Base-TX UTP and 100Base-FX Fast Ethernet networks. The device is designed to convert and connect all UTP and Fast Ethernet interfaces (e.g. RJ-45 and RJ-11) for fiber optic cabling in up to 15km distance.
