The APC UPS BV450W is a network-manageable UPS (uninterruptible power supply), with a rating of 800VA/450W. This means that it can provide enough power to run a 450W computer for up to 8 minutes, once the battery has been fully charged. It’s suitable for computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other devices that use standard electricity (230V).
The UPS is designed to protect your equipment from power surges and power cuts, as well as providing battery backup in the event of a power cut. The battery is charged from the mains electricity supply, and once fully charged, can provide power to your equipment for up to eight hours. The UPS also features an automatic shutdown function, which will turn off your computer when the UPS detects a power cut.
The APC Easy UPS BV450W has a modular design, so you can easily expand the battery capacity, and can even be used in a server rack.
