I have an HP desktop that I bought a few months ago, but the monitor is not working. It has no power, no video, and the sound is off. I called the tech support on the phone and they told me that it is a hardware problem and that it has to be repaired before the monitor can be used. I am very frustrated and I don’t know what is the best solution for this problem.
