Hp Probook 640 Core I5 4GB RAM 500GB HDD 14″ Laptop Refurb

I was recently given a refurbished HP Probook 640 Core i5 4GB RAM 500GB HDD 14″ Laptop to look at and test. It came refurbished from HP, but had the OS already installed. I was told to use it for a few days, and then get back to HP to see if I could get my money back.

This laptop was in pretty good shape, but there were a few things that were out of the ordinary. The first thing I noticed was the screen was scratched. This is a problem because, according to HP, this laptop has a 2-year warranty.
