About us
Technology for Kenyan homes and businesses, sourced right and supported properly
Citymall Communication supplies computing, networking, security, telephony and power equipment from our shop on Kimathi Street in Nairobi’s CBD, delivering to customers in every town in Kenya.
Who we are
We are an IT and communications supplier serving individuals, small offices, schools, institutions and large businesses. Some customers come to us for a single laptop, printer or router; others for a complete office rollout — structured cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, a PBX telephone system and UPS backup to keep it all running.
Either way the approach is the same: we help you specify the right equipment for the job, source it from authorised distributors, and stay available after the sale if you need a hand setting it up or making a warranty claim.
