The HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 is a 14-inch business 2-in-1 convertible laptop. At its core is the 11th Generation Intel Core i5-1145G7 processor with vPro (4 cores, 8 threads, up to 4.40GHz, 8MB Intel Smart Cache). Alongside it sits integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics. In addition, it combines 16GB RAM with a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD, so everyday tasks stay responsive and files load quickly. Meanwhile, the 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) touchscreen display folds into tablet, tent, and stand modes, so it adapts easily to presentations, note-taking, and everyday productivity.
Furthermore, built-in security features round out the package. These include a fingerprint reader, an IR camera with Windows Hello facial recognition, and a dedicated TPM chip, all of which target corporate use. Because this unit ships in refurbished condition, technicians first test and restore each one to reliable working order. Consequently, buyers get a practical route to dependable, flexible business-class performance, and at a lower entry cost than a new equivalent, too.
